In order to be eligible for the $10 early registration discount, full registration payment must be received on or before February 28.  If payment is received after this date, the discount will not apply.  Payment can be made online, by etransfer to wlysc@live.ca or by cheque mailed to WLYSC, P.O. Box 439, Smithville, ON  L0R 2A0 (cheque must be received or post-marked on or before February 28 to be eligible for the $10 discount).
